Dear all, Happy new year for starters!
As you know there are massive anti-government protests going on currently in Kazakhstan, and there is little reliable news coming out from the former Soviet republic. Aigerim, a trustworthy Kazakh friend of ours working for a Dutch foundation, is currently in Almaty and available for helping journalists get first-hand news and info.
