AEJ Int. and many of its national sections let the colleagues in Turkey know that they support their campaign to oppose the assaults on press freedom in Turkey. ‘It is shocking that the persecution of journalists is getting worse and high time that populations and governments should pay more attention to it as a threat to democratic life’ AEJ Media Freedom Representative William Horsley wrote.
