Probably the world’s biggest compans, Amazon, with its clever arrangements with its Luxembourg subsidiary may have got away with it, reports the Guardian in London. But Facebook may just have to pay up – at last.

EU and Britain launched formal antitrust investigations on Friday (June 4) into Facebook (FB.O)  to determine if the world’s largest social network was using customer data to unfairly compete with advertisers, in a new assault on its business model.
