AEJ statement: Reykjavic, Iceland May 26 2009

Must read

AEJ Media Freedom Representative William Horsley has called on ministers from all 47 Council of Europe member states to make a public pledge to review all anti-terrorism laws, and to revise any laws  that pose a danger to freedom of expression and media freedom. A failure to do so, Horsley says, will be seen as an evasion of government’s duties to uphold fundamental human rights in Europe.
