The Memorandum we approved in Patras summarise the most important current affairs. Our first wish is, that we are able in the New Year to realise all of it. And as before to do so whilst making friends, speaking openly in an atmosphere of intelligent consensus.
It is undeniably that the relations between the sections are better every time we meet and that our cooperation with the European institutions are closer and closer. If we continue this route and are able to contribute effectively to the defense of the freedom of expression, to facilitate access to information, we will be a useful instrument for journalists and for Europe. A reference point! Finally, we want to express to you three of the best wishes: personal and professional success; luck, which we always need and especially in our profession; and good health.
