Invited by the Prime-Minister of the German Region of Belgium, Karl-Heinz Lambertz, the Belgian AEJ section celebrated its 50th anniversary, in Eupen, with the 4th Paul-Henri Spaak Lecture. Speakers were Dr Lambertz, Antoinette Spaak, Viscount Etienne Davignon, Cécile Huylebroeck (director of European Movement Belgium) and Michel Theys (President of AEJ Belgium).
